Why not try out our praised Cube Escape series first? Let the cubes guide you the eerie and atmospheric point-and-click adventures with an "escape room" feeling. Currently we have ten Cube Escape games taking place in the Rusty Lake universe. Cube Escape: Paradox is our latest installment which is combined with a short film! Download them for ten on iOS, Android or play on Desktop.
Next to our Cube Escape series we created three premium adventure games with unique story lines taking place in Rusty Lake as well. Serve deadly dinners to five animal-headed guests in Rusty Lake Hotel, expand the bloodline of the Vanderbooms in our award-winning adventure Rusty Lake: Roots or stop the ten plagues on a small island in Rusty Lake Paradise.

The Past Within Demo is now available!
Welcome to the demo version of The Past Within, an upcoming two-player adventure by Rusty Lake! This demo is part of and will be live for the entire duration of Steam Next Fest 2022 (21st until the 28th of February).
What you and one other person of your choosing are about to play is a shorter version with slightly different content compared to the full, final release version of The Past Within. Playing the demo will not spoil the experience of playing the full release version!
Make sure you and your chosen partner in this adventure both download and install the Demo version in order to play, as well as have a way to talk to each other via text or voice!

I just played through this last night. I love the fact that there is no need for the two players’ systems to be connected to each other through an online server or other means. Really looking forward to the full release!
I’ve played the demo with a few friends, and so far I’ve really enjoyed the two-player process! I was initially hesitant since I was so used to the one-player mode, but the cooperation and mystery of imagining what they were seeing (and then playing the other side for myself) was so engaging and fun! I already have The Past Within wishlisted on Steam; I can’t wait to play the full game!

I played the demo with my wife and again with my son….we all loved it! Cant wait for full game. When we finished the demo we all went “NOO!!” lol we didn’t want it to end. Also….I NEED the RL jigsaw puzzle…plz take my money! hahaha huge fan, you guys rock!

My chosen friend I played this with and I are both stoked for the full version. On the edge of our seats, really. This game is a revolution in co-op gaming for streamers! We love Rusty Lake and just based on the demo, this game is going to be amazing. So stoked!!

I loved it, I played it with my boyfriend (that i just had introduced to cube scape with Arles in order to prepear him to play this with me) and he LOVED IT, im so happy and we both can´t wait for the final release.
When will it be released for Android?
