Why not try out our praised Cube Escape series first? Let the cubes guide you the eerie and atmospheric point-and-click adventures with an "escape room" feeling. Currently we have ten Cube Escape games taking place in the Rusty Lake universe. Cube Escape: Paradox is our latest installment which is combined with a short film! Next to our Cube Escape series we created three premium adventure games with unique story lines taking place in Rusty Lake as well. Serve deadly dinners to five animal-headed guests in Rusty Lake Hotel, expand the bloodline of the Vanderbooms in our award-winning adventure Rusty Lake: Roots or stop the ten plagues on a small island in Rusty Lake Paradise.

Thanks for all your support so far!
It was a busy month at RustyLake.com, not only did we launch our portal with an huge amount of (the best) point-and-click, room escape, puzzle and adventure games, we also launched our own point-and-click “Cube Escape” series. We really tried to add something new to the genre, adding a lot of suspense and atmosphere to these games. It costs us months of hard work but we were really excited to finally launch Cube Escape: Seasons and Cube Escape: The Lake on Android, iOS and web*.
By accident, we launched the Lake on iOS first without noticing it…Suddenly we saw a huge amount of downloads and great ratings…And we were in top charts at Itunes for a while! After setting everything right and making Seasons available as well we were really happy with the results so far.
For all those who have played our games: thank you! Your support is great so far not only by giving feedback, ratings and helping others who were stuck, but also the word of mouth! Now we are even more excited to work on new projects. Keep in mind that the games are free, so any rating or recommondation is great for us.
Sorry for those who are still experiencing some bugs (missing keys, multiplying keys in the shrimp head LOL or small clicking areas) we’re doing our best to fix them. We are learning and are pretty sure the next games will be even better. For the people who can’t start the game or are experiencing black screens, please use another browser. Unfortunately we can’t check every browser or device.

Got half way through rusty lake cave and the terrible black screen came on. I’m running iOS. I’ve tried reinstalling the game on my phone but no such luck tried playing the other RL games and hotel and theatre go black after the opening screen. Which were working before embarking on cave. Please fix, I was only half way done :’- ( ?

Hello, I have problem with dark background in all apps of cube escapes in my android phone.
Hi there! Love the games but as I attempt to play them on my new phone the background is now black, so I can’t really do much. I’ve been reading others have the same issue, is there a fix? My phone is a Redmi 6. Thank you for all your work, which is amazing! 🙂
Hi, when will there be a fix for the black background? We paid for this and cannot really enjoy playing it since we are missing the whole background and some items blend in.
