My favourite part was when the memories were extracted from the dead girl in the mill! I also loved the ending, where everyone, including the old women was murdered in the mill! Love your games! Keep up the amazing work!

  2. Patata says:

    I think my favourite is the appearance of shadow man with deer horns ;-;

  3. john paul says:

My most favourite jump scare moment was the woman in the moon that suddenly get killed. Then her blood splattered in the window. Wew

  4. Mars says:

-firstly please don’t chose me as a winner, I’ve already won rusty lake hotel from you guys thanks. I just wanted to share my favorite moment-
GOING INTO VINCENT VAN GOH’S EAR AND ENDING UP IN A DIFFERENT UNIVERSE

  5. Salah says:

First, you have to know that I already have rusty lake hotel, but I just want to add it to my new steam account !
Any way, my favorite moment was at Case 23 at Dale’s office. It was when I took a look at the window, I saw the officer murdered and then the shadow guy just appeared out of nowhere, started to break the glass with his hand, but he faded slowly and the black cube appeared ! That was a little scary !

  6. eleanor says:

mine has to be when the light turns into a eye in cube escape seasons, also when the hand comes out the plant pot. I would love a steam key as I haven’t had the privilege of playing rusty lake hotel yet!

  7. Adam says:

My favourite moment of all cube escape games was from Cube Escape: The Lake. It was when you had to cut the fish on the table and the tree grew from it.

  8. Enrico says:

There are so many parts that i like in all the games, but I think that the first appereance of the black cube is the most surreal scene that drags you in the world of the Cube Escape series. When you break Harvey’s egg with the spoon. When i did it and butterflies came out of it while the music was changing it was like “Oh God what happened and what is that?!?” Simply fantastic!

  9. diodio says:

My favourite and most scare part was on the case 23 when you have to solve the puzzle and the “beast ” come after the HUGE deer lost his head after looking me trough the door i was pooped by the begining to the end xD

  10. Jixonuss says:

My favorite moment is in Cube Escape: Seasons, when you look the moon and you see the girl’s death.

  11. Julez says:

The moment I got a heartattack? Well that was in Cube Escape: Case 23 when the shadow-guy appeared behind the window in part 2 of the game…

And the best part so far was the end-screen of the exact same game. Although there was no really awesome image to see, it was amazing to read how Dale felt himself turning into memories (or cubes if you want).

Thanks for these great great games! And keep up the good work, guys!!

  12. AJ says:

I already have a copy of Hotel, but I just want to give my opinion:

My favorite part in the Cube series is when you drink the mushroom juice during Seasons. The jarring change is really surreal.

Another part I really like is during Hotel, where the Punch and Judy puppets attack each other.

  13. Christian B says:

In Cube Escape Case 23 I liked the last episode where the shapes start to appear on the walls and the man with the Antlers chases you. It really conveys a true sense of anxiety.

  14. Rebecca Windas says:

I really liked Case 23, in the 2nd to last room, the one by the lake. I just love the whole room, but especially the two pieces of art that you have to complete, it definitely one of the hardest bits in the game, and it always takes me a long time. I will go back just to place that room!

  15. Genesis says:

My favorite part of the cube escape games, was when you had to be extremely fast with the puzzles when getting chased by the shadow man with deer horns.

  16. Doltface says:

I love it how the artist works from Van Gogh get used in this game (not only as a background). It creates a new perspective of his paintings, which (at least for me :D) makes think about it, even more. I just really started to love the picture and also the design of this game 🙂

My “favorite” Jumpscare is from the “Seasons” Game, where the Lady got stabbed by the Shadow,.
Or from “Case 23” this scary Shadow with Horns ! –
Get Away from me, Mr. Deer, you’re scary >_<

  17. Guinho de Libra says:

My favorite moment was when the mysterious woman is murdered in the window when we look at the moon in Cube Escape Seasons … it was very , very scary … I bought the game for Android , but I would love to have it on my computer … looking forward to the draw and for Cube Escape: Birthday…

  18. Max W says:

i liked the moment in seasons when you liquify the mushroom. it was so unexpected i also liked harveys scream in fall 1971 because i didn’t click him in my first playthourgh and did not see it coming

  19. Jeffrey Jabs says:

I really liked the ending of Harvey’s Box (when you finally open the top of the box and see the dark figure).
Not only is it an AMAZING jump scare due to the relative casualness of the earlier gameplay (I yelped at the unexpected sight of the recurring dark figure), but it’s also quite surreal.
You send the fireflies toward him in defense. Such a menace is, at least for a while, stopped by the small, seemingly powerless specks of light. The figure grows larger and more terrible until… until he turns into a cube. THE CUBE. Powerless at the hands of a small bird.
Also, the thing, whatever it is, sprouts wings. Is harvey the parrot seeing himself? Is he fighting against his own dark nature? Is the dove from the outside the freedom he feels, his good side? Is he fighting against his owner, who has perhaps placed him in the box to begin with? How much trauma has this parrot gone through?
The gameplay of the whole thing, in the perspective of a parrot exploring his confinement, is spectacular. It’s symbolic, surreal, cute (to some extent), and shocking.

  20. aki says:

My favourite part of cube escape is in the Mill, when the old lady asks me to bring her what she wants. Cant wait to play the new one . .

  21. Emmett B says:

My favorite surreal moment in the Cube Escape series which was probably my first very surreal moment in the game series because Arles was my first game, is when you go down Van Gogh’s ear. I love this moment because it’s such a mysterious setting (especially when you find the gun there) and it first introduced me to the darker side of the Cube Escape series. The best jumpscare was definitely all of chapter in Case 23. First of all it was so stressful, especially at first when you don’t know what’s happening and all of a sudden that weird moose that appeared at the same cabin as the one in The Lake turns into a shadow was so creepy and also how the walls change and the music because more intense. It’s just a great, creepy and enjoyable (but stressful) moment in the series. Also I loved how Harvey’s box was in the cabin which tied back to the game before Case 23

  22. Amy Lan says:

My favorite moment was when I played the last puzzle in Case 23 for the first time. I was looking around the room when I saw the deer, and then when I looked at the deer again, it was MISSING ITS HEAD AND I KNEW WHAT WAS COMING. And then five seconds later, that thing started showing up wherever I turned…

  23. a_啦啦啦_a says:

    the moon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    1487!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  24. Jacobkolstad says:

My favorite moment in the Cube Escape series must be in the ending of Cube Escape: The Mill where the player finds that shadow creature holding Harvey, and tells it to let Harvey go. Both creepy and surprising, because this shows that the shadow creatures can be negotiated with.

  25. Lex Medvedev says:

with the deer horns guy thingy black … thing wtf is it? 🙁

  26. SpeedOfMagic says:

My favorite moment was in Cube Escape: Seasons, when the protagonist released Harvey away (after going back from the winter to the spring)

  27. Sabrina says:

My favorite surreal moment was in Seasons, when the player looks into the open grandfather clock (after the body falls out) and your reflection in the mirror is the Shadow!

  28. Letícia says:

I love the moon in “Seasons”!

  29. Amy H says:

My roommate and I have recently found Rusty Lake and are now huge fans! Our favorite moment was probably the ending of Case 23 (which was the first one we played and the one that got us hooked – after that we went through in order.) The ending was so stressful and scary and perfect! Also, oddly we really liked the old lady in The Mill – it took us so long to figure out that we had to cut her hair! She wasn’t really a jumpscare or surreal element, per se, but we liked her!

  30. Ido Zak says:

Definitely the woman on the moon. Very spooky and if I remember correctly the first scary moment for me.

  31. Animeshnik494 says:

My favorut moment when Black Man kills police officer. It was creppy.

  32. Max says:

There is a great moment at the end of Cube Escape: Harvey’s Box.
The shadow killer pops out at you, but you can turn him into an angel (?) using fireflies. Evil transformed into good – really symbolic. This moment is awesowe, one of my favourites.

  33. Imp Acience (Max W) says:

I forgot to mention the First shocker in the lake when you just go fishing and then a hand is there and a corpse and eyes AHHH 🙁

    Btw
It’s 1:38 am CET… Where’s my new game? Also i don’t want to take part in the ‘lottery’ twice.

  34. Cat says:

My favorite of all the Cube Escape games has to be Seasons. I absolutely love the concept of time travel, so the whole set up of changing the past to effect was I was able to do in the future was so clever! Seasons was the first of the Cube Escape games I played, so at that point I had no idea what to expect. When the hand started creeping out of the soil in the cactus pot I was so scared! By now I’ve learned to expect anything and everything from the series, and I can’t wait for the next installment!

  35. a_啦啦啦_a says:

    monday!

  36. Adam D says:

Jumpscare, would be the young woman in the moon from Seasons.
Favorite surreal moment would be in the mill when talking to the corrupted soul upstairs, “what am i doing talking to this shadow person?!, Wait, tthis is the same dialogue from Seasons! are you gonna kill me around this time?!!” restless over whether or not a jumpscare going to appear soon .

  37. Daniel says:

BIRTHDAY SPOILER!: My greatest Jumpscare was the Rabbit from the Cube Escape: Birthday and then when all becomes scary. Really Great!

  38. Jesse G says:

My favourite scary moment is definitely the woman in the moon in Seasons!

  39. Joy B says:

Case 23, Chapter 4: The Cabin. When you have to rush to escape before the antlered shadow gets you
